Responded quickly, removed water damaged flooring and trim promptly. Communication was excellent. 

SERVPRO was great. My sump pump failed, which resulted in a flood in our partially finished basement. Shawn got right on it and assessed the problem, then sent out a crew within a couple hours. The crew was fantastic, super friendly and hard working. They kept me informed of the progress, and did a great job cleaning up. I hope I don't  ever have to use them again, but I would recommend them to anybody.

We had major water damage in home. All flooring had to be removed. SERVPRO of Morris/Ottawa was there next day and worked hard and efficiently. With some 30 fans and dehumidifiers the house was clean and dry within a week. Impressive!

SERVPRO of Morris/Ottawa is awesome. I had just moved into a mew house and attempted my first load of laundry. Something in the washer malfunctioned and water poured out onto the laundry room and kitchen floors. It also ran down into the kitchen ceilings. Not the best way to spend your first night in your new home. My insurance company recommended SERVPRO. Great recommendation. Field Manager Alex came out that night even though it was after 10pm to assess the situation. He brought back a crew the next morning to pull the damaged portion of the basement ceiling drywall. They measured the baseline moisture in the laundry room, kitchen and basement then set up their drying equipment. They came back every single day to check the drain process and called to inform what time they would be coming by. Between Alex and Jordan they made a bad experience seem not so overwhelming. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with their services. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Morris Ottawa
