Alex and his entire team from SERVPRO absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. They were tasked with a bio cleaning after a family member passed away and they walked me through the entire process leaving me with nothing but confidence in them. They handled every aspect from removal, cleaning and restoration of this house. If I am ever in a situation where I need any sort of restoration services I will immediately reach out to him.
