Hotel water damage

Upon watching the news before work one morning a SERVPRO representative noticed this hotel on the news. The news reported the ceiling had collapsed due to water damage in the pool area. She immediately called and spoke with the manager who was in a panic.The manager agreed to have SERVPRO come out right away. SERVPRO was quick to the scene and was able to have all the debris and insulation removed that same day. SERVPRO set equipment and was able to dry out the room quickly. The manager was impressed with our work and was happy the pool could be used by visitors a few days later.
